Setting up your first business
Sign up, add your details and be ready for your first customer in about ten minutes.
Doodali calls each business you run a company. Your first one is made when you sign up; everything you add (customers, deals, projects, invoices) belongs to it.
1. Start your free trial
Go to app.doodali.com/signup, enter your name, email and your business’s name, and choose a password (or sign up with Google). You get 14 days free, and no card is needed to start.
2. Add your company details
Open the menu at the top right and choose Settings → Company details. Press Edit next to your company to set its colour and industry, then open the Logo & invoicing tab to add your logo, legal name, address, VAT number and bank details, they appear on every invoice.
3. Bring your customers across
Add customers one at a time from Clients, or bring a whole list across from a spreadsheet, see Importing and exporting.
4. Invite your team
See Inviting your team. Users are unlimited, so invite everyone who helps.
5. Connect where enquiries come from
Point your email, website form and Facebook Page at Doodali so new enquiries land in the Inbox. Start with Adding a form to your website.
