Adding, archiving or deleting a business

Run several companies from one login, and tidy up the ones you no longer need.

Adding a company

Press the + (Add a company) at the bottom of the strip of company icons on the left. Give it a name and press Add company. Each extra company is £9.99 a month plus VAT (free during your trial), and starts with its own empty customers, inbox, pipeline, projects and invoices.

Seeing them all together

The top icon in that strip shows all your companies at once, the combined dashboard, everyone’s work and every inbox. Pick a single company to work inside it.

Archiving a company

Archive a company you’ve stopped trading with but want to keep the records of: Settings → Company details → Archive. It’s hidden from everyone and you stop paying for it. Restore it any time from Archived companies on the same page.

Deleting a company

Only archived companies can be deleted. Find it under Archived companies, press Delete and type its name to confirm. This removes everything in it and can’t be undone.
