Terms of service

Last updated 13 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between Arc Media Group Ltd, trading as Doodali (“Doodali”, “we”) and the business that signs up (“you”). By creating an account you agree to them. They’re written for businesses, not consumers.

The service

Doodali is online software for running a business: customers, sales, projects, inbox, chat, invoicing, reporting and AI. We’ll keep improving it, which means features can change; we won’t remove something important without telling you first.

Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite.
  • The person who signs up can add businesses, invite people and decide who sees what.

Free trial

New accounts get 14 days free with no card needed. At the end of the trial, add a card to carry on. If you don’t, your account pauses, nothing is deleted, and it comes back exactly as it was when you add a card.

Prices and payment

  • Doodali costs £19.99 a month, plus VAT, for each business, with unlimited users. Adding a business adds £19.99 a month; archiving one stops its charge from the next bill.
  • Some things cost us each time they’re used, Doodali AI, texts and WhatsApp messages, and may be charged separately as Doodali Credits. We’ll always show the price before you use them.
  • Or you can pay yearly: £199 a year, plus VAT, for each business (two months free). A business added during the year is charged for the rest of that year straight away; archiving one doesn’t refund the rest of the year, and it isn’t charged at renewal. We’ll remind you 14 days before a yearly plan renews.
  • We bill monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe. If a payment fails, we’ll let you know and try again; if it still can’t be taken, the account pauses until it’s paid.
  • We’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.

Card payments on your invoices

If you connect Stripe to take payments on your invoices, those payments are between you, your customer and Stripe, under Stripe’s own terms. The money goes to your Stripe account. Doodali doesn’t charge a fee on them.

Your data

Everything you put into Doodali is yours. We only use it to provide the service to you. Where it includes personal data about other people, you are the controller and we process it on your behalf, following your instructions, keeping it confidential and secure, using only the providers listed in our privacy policy, helping you meet data protection requests, and deleting it when you ask or when your account closes.

You’re responsible for having the right to put that data into Doodali and to contact the people in it, for example, getting consent where marketing law requires it.

Our data processing agreement forms part of these terms and sets out in full how we process personal data for you.

If you ask us for help, someone on the Doodali team may open your account for up to two hours to sort it out. Each time is recorded and your account’s owners are emailed. We don’t otherwise look at your data, except where the law requires it or to keep the service secure.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Doodali to:

  • send spam or messages people haven’t agreed to receive;
  • break the law, or store content you don’t have the right to;
  • try to get into other people’s accounts or data, or disrupt the service;
  • resell Doodali without our agreement.

We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why unless the law stops us.

Other services

Doodali connects to services such as Google, Xero, Stripe, Facebook and Twilio. Your use of them is also governed by their own terms, and we can’t be responsible for them being unavailable or changing.

Availability and support

We work hard to keep Doodali running and your data backed up, but we can’t promise it will never be interrupted. If you need help, contact us and a real person will reply.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

Otherwise, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or business opportunity, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to what you paid us in those 12 months.

Cancelling

  • You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the month (or year) you’ve paid for, and aren’t charged again.
  • Yearly plans: if you cancel within 14 days of paying for a year (including a renewal), we refund that payment in full and your account stops straight away. After 14 days, yearly payments aren’t refundable; the plan runs to the end of the year and doesn’t renew.
  • You can switch from yearly to monthly from your next renewal date.
  • Before you go, you can export your data. After cancelling, we delete it as set out in the privacy policy.
  • We may end these terms with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if you seriously break them.

General

We may update these terms and will give you at least 30 days’ notice of changes that matter. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales deal with any dispute. Questions? Contact us.
