You set one up (or choose an existing one) in Meta’s sign-up window when you connect, it takes a few minutes, and it’s your account, not ours.
Can I use my existing number?
Yes, as long as it isn’t already on the WhatsApp app. Or use the business number you get with Doodali.
Who can see our WhatsApp messages?
Only your team, in your Doodali account. Each business only ever sees its own WhatsApp messages. We don’t sell or share your data or use it for advertising.
What does it cost?
Connecting WhatsApp is included. Messages you send use Doodali Credits, and WhatsApp’s own rules apply to messages you start with a customer.
Can I disconnect it?
